Tonight was the last BBQ of the summer ***sigh*** and then it was time to put the kids to bed earlier than they've been going to bed this summer because tomorrow is SCHOOL!!! It's kinda hard to believe that school has finally come, but at the same time the routine of school seems to be a good thing for the kids. Kaleb anxiously is awaiting his school day as they're doing the staggered start for Senior Kindergarten and he won't go until Thursday.Today was also a busy day with phone calls for MYC - probably because school seems to be the trigger that summer is gone and now we need to think about what we want our children to do during the year and what is important to both them and us as parents. For many this is music education. My son, Kaleb, is going to enter into Sunbeams 1 this year and can't wait until classes start - next Tuesday for him. It's kinda funny because he's doing two count-downs at the same time (one for school, one for piano lessons). Cute!
Most of my classes are only have 1 opening left or are full, so if you are interested in signing up for classes I would recommend that you call me ASAP so that we can set up a time to meet and you can register. Classes start in 7 sleeps if you are in a Tuesday class, 8 sleeps if you are in a Wednesday class . . . it's definitely creeping up!!!I hope that everyone has a great week getting back into the swing of things and I look forward to seeing you all at your first class!!!
